Breads
All of our classic breads, as our name suggests, are made by using natural fermentation processes. That means no concentrates or improvers are used.
Farmhouse Sourdough
We use a natural ferment containing wild yeast that makes the bread rise.
Pane de Casa
This has a 12 to 14 hour fermentation time that gives the loaf a mild sour flavour. In this variety, we will be offering, on occasions, the following flavours: Sundried Tomato & Parmesan, Cheese & Jalapeno, Turmeric & black sesame seeds
Seven Grain & Orange Bread
This is sweetened by using honey
Walnut, Cranberry & Rice Bread
This is made using a combination of white & wholemeal flour & is perfect for a cheese platter.
Focaccia
Flavoured with olive, dried herbs & smoked garlic salt. You will sometimes find this a tomato flower design on top. In this range you can also buy a loaf topped with a lemon zinger seasoning which is a perfect accompaniment to seafood chowder, or any fish dish.
Classic Ciabatta
Made from a poolish and over a two-hour period the dough is stretched & folded to produce the natural crispy crust & large irregular open crumb structure.
Stoneground Purple Wholemeal Bread
This is an ancient wheat grain that has a wonderful flavour.


Pastries
A range of classic Danish Pastries made with real butter.
Croissants
Choose from the classic crescent shaped breakfast pastry or the straighter almond filled or chocolate filled varieties
