Our Vision

For our bread range, we are going back to basics, which means that we will use traditional recipes. Each loaf will be naturally risen and won’t contain preservatives, making it much better for you to digest.

We also intend to use natural ingredients wherever possible, including using raw sugar instead of the white, refined sugar that is commonly used.

We are always developing and improving our products.

We are planning to develop a range of products that include gluten free & dairy free options as we know hard it is to find delicious bakery products when you have these intolerances. We want everyone, including our grandchildren, be able to find something on our shelves that they can treat themselves with even if they do have special dietary requirements.

Our skilled bakery team are happy to have a go at making any suggestions that you might have, so please let them know what you would like to see in the cabinets.
